Our client, a thriving Am Law 100 law firm, has engaged us to identify several stellar attorneys to join its top-ranked national private equity practice. Our client has opportunities for Associates (junior, mid and senior-level) within this robust group (no portable business required) in several cities including Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Pittsburgh and Raleigh. 

Candidates must possess top academic credentials and have at least two years of private equity experience in a large law firm environment.  Responsibilities will include assisting on/running deals (experience level-dependent) in the $20M - $200M range as well as providing day-to-day counseling to portfolio companies.
