Our client, a prominent Am Law 100 law firm, seeks to grow its labor and employment practice in its established Pittsburgh office. Partners ideally should possess $1M in portable business. The firm is looking to bolster its national practice group with attorneys who possess both employment counseling and litigation experience (traditional labor experience is not required but would be welcome).
This is a unique opportunity to join a firm that has a national footprint with a middle market focus but with a more competitive rate structure than global law firms. The firm has a collegial and collaborative environment with nimble practice groups, is very democratic, operates conservatively and has met budget since 2008. They have an open compensation structure and are a working partnership who knows who they are and where they are going--they are one firm.
