Job Description:

Do you have 7+ years of large law firm experience and a portable practice of $500K+ (that minimum is required for at least the last three years)? Are you ready to explore a new law firm partnership model where you have the ability to set a reasonable billing rate ($300-$350/hr minimum) and negotiate AFAs to offer a more cost-effective solution to your clients? Do you want to have more control over the number of hours that you bill and, at the same time, increase your compensation?

If so, we have a very unique opportunity that may be a fit for you. Our Am Law 200 client is a growing, national law firm with 250+ partners who have practiced at large law firms, possess strong academic backgrounds and share a collaborative vision on how to structure a law firm. The firm believes that their people are their greatest asset. At the core of their efforts is a commitment to empower partners to achieve their maximum success without restrictions and biases. Within this structure, the percentage of originations paid to its partners is exceptionally high. If this strikes a chord with you, we would be delighted to discuss this flexible law firm model in further detail.

Requirements:

Thank you for your interest in a position with one of our clients.  Your information will be reviewed by a recruiter; however, because of the large volume of inquiries that we receive for our positions, we are not able to respond directly to all applicants.  Please note that your resume submission is confidential, and your materials will not be sent to a client without your prior written consent.
