Carpenter Legal Search, Inc. can be engaged on a contingent, exclusive or retained fee basis for searches conducted on your behalf. When you choose to hire one of our candidates, our fees range from twenty-five to thirty percent of the successful candidates first year's total compensation, based on our agreed-upon search arrangement.

Merger fees are calculated on sliding scale starting at six percent of the acquired entity's annual gross revenue, declining to one percent in excess of five million dollars.

Should a placed attorney leave or be terminated within the first six months of employment, Carpenter Legal Search, Inc. will conduct a replacement search for the same position at no cost (misrepresentation of the position does not apply).
